Date Range Filter
This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a sales order based on its creation date.
Customer field is only optional. However, he must populate the customer field if he wishes to use a date range filter to find a sales order associated with a specific customer.
- User must enter the desired date range in the "From" and "To" fields and then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.

User can use magnifying glass to search for existing customer ID or Customer Name
- If the user knows already the Customer ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the customer ID entered is valid.

The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Customer Name which allows users
to
easily navigate to the Customer Page if he has access to view customer Information.

User can use magnifying glass to search for existing customer ID or Customer Name
After customer has been filled out, user must click the search button in the upper right corner of the pop-up box on the same line as the “Created From” and “To” fields.
After clicking the search button, all sales order transactions that is between Oct 1, 2024 to Oct 1, 2024 will be displayed.
To read the sales order, user should point their mouse over the specified transaction, which will be highlighted in blue to indicate that it is the selected transaction. The user should click the highlighted row. After clicking, sales order search window is immediately closed, and the sales order page is displayed with the details of the selected record.
